Tighe & Bond in Westfield, MA, invites you to join our Water Business Line as a co-op. You’ll help plan, design, and administer the construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects while learning from a team of experienced engineers.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to design tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Office software, plus mentorship, structured learning, and a hybrid work environment to advance your professional growth in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s program pursuing a degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
• Previous internship experience
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to solve engineering problems
• Flexibility, a positive attitude, and open-mindedness

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with data collection, analysis, and documentation for water, wastewater and stormwater projects
• Perform engineering calculations to support projects
• Assist staff on a variety of tasks with study, design, construction projects and field assignments
• Participate in Tighe & Bond’s annual Intern Day activities
