Job summary

Tighe & Bond seeks an Entry Level Staff Engineer to join the Water Business Line in Westwood, MA. You will assist in planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water, wastewater, and conveyance projects across the Northeast.

You’ll work with experienced engineers, apply hydraulics modeling, and contribute to asset management while growing your professional skills in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering with FE/EIT prospects.
• Internships or experience in surveying, engineering design, permitting, or construction observation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil, water, and/or wastewater engineering design tasks with drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Observe construction on municipal infrastructure projects and review shop drawings.
• Coordinate with city staff and residents; prepare daily reports.
• Support hydraulic modeling, asset management, and capital improvement planning.
