Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Civil/Environmental Engineer to contribute to water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in the Water South Mid Atlantic team. You will design and evaluate treatment and conveyance systems, support asset management, and use data analytics to improve performance.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams across the U.S. and internationally, gaining experience in SQL reporting, BIM, and digital tools while delivering sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or closely related field).
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS and/or Revit is a plus.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater/stormwater concepts and practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and design projects related to water/wastewater/stormwater treatment and conveyance, including pipelines and pumping facilities.
• Support project management activities and contribute to sustainability and resilience projects.
• Conduct site visits, water sampling, and analyze water quality; evaluate technologies and optimize plant operations.
• Assist with Asset Management projects using data analytics for condition assessments and performance evaluation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client materials; participate in meetings; ensure project compliance with Arcadis standards.
