Job summary

University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix is seeking an energetic coordinator to support Water Wise Youth outreach in Cochise County. You will manage logistics for education programs, prepare materials, and assist with events while engaging youth, volunteers, and partners to promote water conservation.

The role involves coordinating schedules, tracking participation, and supporting communications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive according to Fleet Safety Policy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for extension programs, workshops, and events including room reservations, equipment, and materials.
Carry out routine outreach activities and inform local residents about extension offerings.
Provide administrative support for information sessions and community presentations, including sign-in materials and AV needs.
Monitor attendance, program metrics, and participant feedback for reports and assessments.
Coordinate schedules for volunteers and participants and track hours for program documentation.
