GHD Advisory seeks an Executive Advisor – Water Economics & Infrastructure Investment Strategy to lead our water sector financial advisory and investment facilitation capabilities from the NYC Metro Area. You will bridge municipal finance, infrastructure economics, and private capital mobilization to deliver innovative funding solutions.

Qualifications

• Lead water sector financial advisory and investment facilitation capabilities.
• Senior, client-facing leadership role spanning utilities, finance, and policy.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. municipal finance and international delivery models.
• Translate global best practices to the U.S. market and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and market growth for water economics advisory.
• Manage projects including capital planning, investment strategies, and PM/leadership.
• Engage utility executives and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and price advisory solutions with private capital partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across advisory, engineering and digital groups.
• Advance GHD's water economics practice within the assets management portfolio.
