GHD Advisory is seeking a Senior Executive Advisor—Water Economics & Infrastructure Investment Strategy to lead and grow our advisory capabilities from the NYC Metro Area. This senior, client-facing role blends water utility economics with private capital mobilization and alternative delivery models.

You will act as a trusted intermediary for utilities and investors, shaping funding strategies, financial modeling, and project delivery while mentoring teams and expanding the practice nationally.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, water/wastewater economics, investment advisory, or related fields.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent credential (CFA, PFM, or comparable financial certification valued).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or related field.
• Proven experience structuring or facilitating P3/PPP transactions, alternative delivery, or private capital placement for municipal infrastructure.
• Strong network in the water/wastewater utility and infrastructure finance community.

Responsibilities

• Lead water economics and investment advisory projects.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams across advisory, engineering, and digital groups.
• Engage utility executives to provide trusted advisory insights.
• Develop funding strategies and private capital placement.
