Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Project Manager for our Water Division in Dallas, TX. You will provide leadership across costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management to deliver complex water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include project startup through close-out, client relationship management, contractual oversight, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Domestic relocation may be required for certain assignments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams and client relationships.
• Willing to relocate for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Lead project startup, completion and close-out.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Forecast costs accurately to complete the job.
• Provide leadership and development to project team.
• Make final decisions on problem resolution.
• Develop Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Identify issues to Program Manager to ensure project success.
• Review and approve preliminary schedules, projections and cost to complete.
• Ensure site safety rules are implemented.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
