Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for control facets including costs, planning and scheduling.
• Oversee project startup, execution, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues and establish/maintain client relationships.
• Forecast costs for project completion with accuracy.
• Lead and develop project teams; provide guidance and mentorship.
• Exercise final decision authority to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans.
• Flag issues to Program Manager for project success.
• Review preliminary schedules, projections, and cost to complete.
• Ensure on-site safety rules and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
