Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 6+ years of experience in project supervision.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establishing budgets and controlling cost
• Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risk and mitigate it
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Follow safety program, laws, and OSHA standards
• Manage jobsite cleanliness
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel
• Prepare daily logs
