Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Manager for the Water Division in Columbus, OH. This position leads multiple facets of project controls, scheduling, and team leadership to deliver complex water infrastructure projects and maintain strong client relationships.

As a key member of a fourth-generation family-owned firm, you will be responsible for profitability, accountability, and ensuring safety targets are met while coordinating with engineering, field teams, and the safety office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Success in client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Project startup, completion, and close-out.
• Develops strategy for personnel development & recruitment.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion.
• Ensures adherence to safety goals and site procedures.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure safety goals.
