American Water is seeking a Utility Person to perform a variety of operation and maintenance tasks in water distribution. This union role in Pennsylvania offers a starting pay of $31.83 per hour with potential incentives according to the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• GED/High School graduate or state recognized education equivalency certificate.
• Possession of PA DOT Certification is required.
• Valid PA Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water distribution systems, including mains, valves, hydrants and service lines.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and service disruptions as needed.
• Complete forms, sketches, and field notes and maintain records.
