Job summary

Bolthouse Fresh Foods in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Water Distribution Technician II for the 1st shift. The role includes operating and troubleshooting potable and process water systems, chemical generation, and related equipment.

A strong foundation in water chemistry, math, and reading technical drawings is required; High School diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years’ related experience are preferred. Shift 1, full-time, with a pay range of $26.50–$34.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or 1–2 years in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
• Must have a verifiable history of safe vehicle operation; driving record will be checked.

Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots water distribution systems and related equipment.
• Maintains potable water distribution systems and related records (written and computer).
• Collects samples and tests for content; troubleshoots RO system.
• Monitors gauges and instrumentation; installs and implements new equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor in support of Water Distribution operations.
