The City of Moberly is seeking a Maintenance Worker for the Water Distribution and Collection Department. This role includes monitoring and maintaining water and sewer lines, conducting inspections, and performing maintenance activities. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to obtain a CDL license within 6 months. Backhoe and plumbing experience are preferred. The position offers duties in various environmental conditions and requires physical strength and agility.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain a valid Class B or greater CDL with air.
• Requires physical strength to handle 80 lb. objects.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain city water and sewer lines.
• Conduct physical inspections to determine problems.
• Conduct pressure tests to ensure pipe integrity.
