Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six years in water/wastewater/stormwater with two years in lead/supervisor roles.
• Valid driver’s license; Texas CDL may be required for some positions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise water distribution, maintenance, and operations.
• Schedule tasks, allocate resources, and supervise staff performance.
• Develop budgets, manage inventory, and oversee procurement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe operation of facilities.
• Identify issues, plan preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct staff meetings and provide training and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering and field crews to ensure service continuity.
• Monitor plant performance and optimize distribution efficiency.
