Job summary

Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking a Route Driver to join our team in LaGrange, GA. You will deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses, prepare orders, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service.

A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication are required. DOT physical, drug screen, and background check will be conducted as part of hiring; CDL may be needed for some routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to follow protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Maintain a good driving record and a valid driver’s license (CDL may be required).
• DOT physical, drug screen, and background check per state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a defined route.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect payments and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues courteously and promptly with a customer-focused approach.
• Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates and hand trucks.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations; maintain vehicles and equipment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
