Job summary

Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking a Route Driver to join our team in LaGrange, GA. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a defined route and handles invoicing and collections for product delivered, while delivering a high level of customer service.

You should be dependable, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required, with DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks at time of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to follow protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL sometimes.
• Ability to navigate in the local area.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks required at hire.
• Plumbing or maintenance skills are a plus but not required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect payments.
• Handle customer issues with courteous, prompt service.
• Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates and hand trucks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain vehicles.
• Complete daily truck cleaning and organization; report to manager for tasks.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.
