Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking a Route Driver to join our delivery team. You will deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses, process delivery orders, collect payments, and provide outstanding customer service on every stop.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years route experience, a valid driver's license (DOT screening and background check may apply), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This full-time, on-site role offers a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license; DOT physical and background checks may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses.
• Process delivery orders and collect related monies and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues courteously and promptly.
• Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates and hand trucks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
• Complete daily truck checks and tidy the workspace.
