Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior data stewardship leader embedded in the Water Business Group. You will shape how water data is defined, shared, and used across disciplines and service lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise data practices.

You will coordinate a network of subject-matter experts, build consensus on standards, and drive adoption of data governance, quality, and tooling to enable reliable analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance and standards across large technical programs.
• Ability to define and enable data definitions, glossary, and reuse.
• Strong collaboration with leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define technical data standards within HDR Water BG and align with enterprise.
• Build consensus on data processes and priorities across groups.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of data standards and tools.
• Promote data quality, access controls, and reuse across delivery teams.
