Job summary

Voda is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist in retaining customers by delivering restoration services promptly and effectively. You will work on water damage mitigation and restoration projects, coordinating with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely completion.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) plus certifications in water mitigation or mold, with basic computer skills for daily reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Adequate math skills to determine equipment type and units.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certification in Water Mitigation, Mold, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
