Job summary

Voda is seeking a Water Damage Technician to support restoration services for homes and businesses. You will assist in mitigating and restoring water damage, inspect work, and maintain tools and documentation with a focus on customer communication and timely service.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, math and computer skills, and relevant certifications such as Water Mitigation and Mold. The role includes equipment and vehicle upkeep and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
