Job summary

Voda is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist in delivering restoration services and maintaining client satisfaction. You will perform mitigation and restoration tasks, communicate with customers, and help keep vehicles and equipment in good condition.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and relevant certifications in water mitigation or mold remediation. Training provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
