Job summary

Voda is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist in delivering restoration services. You will perform mitigation and restoration tasks, communicate clearly with customers, and help maintain equipment and vehicles.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and relevant certifications in water mitigation or mold. You will complete work orders, logs, and documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Adequate math skills and ability to determine equipment type.
• Basic computer skills and ability to report daily activity.
• Certification in water mitigation, mold, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician's daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
