Job summary

A leading property restoration company is seeking a Water Damage Specialist to lead a team dealing with residential and small commercial projects. This role demands strong knowledge of IICRC standards and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality service and documentation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in water damage restoration, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service. Occasional travel, night, and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in Water Damage.
• Participation in at least 25 water damage projects.
• Demonstrated proper use of meters and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in use of PPE.
• Document project progress and challenges.
• Perform inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Attend BELFOR operations and training.

Skills

Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard

Knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard

Current IICRC WRT designation

Supervisory experience

Customer service knowledge

Ability to use HydroSensor and Thermal Hygrometer

English language fluency

Tools

Water extraction equipment

Portable drying equipment

Moisture detection instruments

IR camera

Truck mount extraction systems
