Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction and removal of water-damaged materials.
• Set up, monitor, and remove professional drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).
• Perform light demolition of affected materials (drywall, carpet, padding).
• Move and protect furniture and belongings as needed.
• Apply antimicrobial cleaning products per procedures.
• Maintain, clean, and care for equipment.
• Keep sites safe, organized, and professional.
