A Restoration Technician will assist and be responsible for drying out and cleaning of homes damaged by water and flooding. This work includes moving and setting up of drying equipment including large fans and dehumidifiers, extraction of wet flooring and some light demolition of affected drywall, carpet, padding and other types of light building materials.
The work can be very challenging, but also fun and rewarding. A good attitude, professional work practices and a desire to help people in need are requirements for the job. Be advised, this is not a Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 job! Some after-hours and weekends shifts will be required.
