Dryworx Water Damage Restoration is seeking a reliable Water Technician / Laborer to join our team in Salem, Oregon. You will assist with water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and other restoration services in the field, delivering professional and compassionate service to homeowners.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
Comfort working in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, or basements.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services.
Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA vacuums.
Perform demolition as needed (drywall removal, flooring removal).
Maintain clean and organized job sites, tools, and equipment.
Document moisture readings, work performed, and site conditions.
Follow safety procedures and industry best practices.
Communicate effectively with crew leads, project managers, and customers.
Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools; be on call for emergencies.
