Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Cincinnati & Dayton is seeking a Water Damage Restoration Technician to respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include performing water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, tarping, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, and documenting work using company technology in alignment with IICRC standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

Required

• Comfortable with physically demanding work

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred

• Restoration or construction experience
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
• Experience with drying equipment and moisture mapping
• OSHA certification
• Leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $21.00-$25.00/hour based on experience
• Up to $500 Sign-On Bonus
