Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies and help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and storm damage. You will perform mitigation, operate specialized equipment, and coordinate with homeowners, insurers, and professionals to restore properties.

The role emphasizes compassion, professionalism, and urgency, with opportunities for training, advancement, and a supportive team culture within a leading restoration company.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
