Job summary

BELFOR seeks a dedicated Water Damage Technician in Linthicum Heights, MD. The role involves pumping and extracting water, mold remediation, and operating specialized equipment under supervision. You will follow MSDS guidelines, perform safety checks, and help set up containment and drying systems for affected properties.

Travel and night/weekend work may be required. This is a full-time hourly position with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay in the Maryland area.

Qualifications

• Water pumping and extraction knowledge.
• Mold remediation experience preferred.
• Ability to move and re-set contents and operate drying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team lead and follow MSDS protocols.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and keep equipment clean.
• Operate extraction and drying equipment under supervision.
• Build containment systems using appropriate materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper use of discharge and drainage systems.
• Adhere to BELFOR standards to protect client property.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
