Responsibilities

• Walk the property to assess moisture sources and damage extent.
• Perform systematic moisture probe testing behind surfaces.
• Demolish only affected areas, inspect sheathing and framing, document findings.
• Repair damaged sheathing and framing with proper drying when needed.
• Rebuild with proper moisture barriers and flashing at penetrations.
• Photograph and document every stage and report to homeowners.
