• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, take moisture readings, logs, and maintain records.
• Oversee equipment maintenance.
• Perform demolition of loss as needed.
• Work in confined spaces when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and personnel information.
• Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare trucks and equipment for emergencies.
• Ensure all assigned personnel are trained in duties and safety precautions.
• Be on the move and adapt to changing daily tasks.
• Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.
