Cobb County Government is seeking a Water Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of Customer Service Specialists and handle escalated and complex customer issues. You will assign work, train staff, and ensure quality service for utility customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with several years in customer service and leadership, and offers a path to oversee performance, records, and reporting within a public utility setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; five years in customer service/cashiering/transactions, plus two years in a lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates staff; manages schedules and performance.
• Conducts training classes and QA/QC reviews of staff work.
• Organizes and prioritizes work; ensures resources and progress reports.
• Resolves disputed payments and escalated customer issues via multiple channels.
• Maintains records and documentation for payments, fines, and delinquencies.
• Generates regular statistical reports on department operations.
• Handles escalated issues with active listening and conflict resolution.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
