Cobb County Government is seeking a Water Reclamation Facility Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff, and budget for the facility. The role ensures compliance with environmental rules and coordinates maintenance and safety protocols at one of the WRF locations.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of progressive supervisory experience in water reclamation facilities, plus relevant licenses. Reports to County management.

Qualifications

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff.
• Coordinates work activities at the Water Reclamation Facility.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal water/wastewater regulations and rules.
• Develops and implements budget for assigned areas; monitors expenditures.
• Provides progress and activity reports to County management.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates staff and conducts performance appraisals.
• Coordinates daily operations at the water reclamation facility and ensures resources are available.
• Maintains compliance with environmental regulations and reviews process data and emissions.
• Oversees maintenance activities and safety procedures; ensures safety training and documentation.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
