Job summary

Carollo Engineers, a leading water-focused firm, seeks a senior Construction Management leader in California to drive large, complex water projects. You will guide CM staff, manage project budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Candidates bring 10+ years of water/wastewater project leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Bentley PWCM.

Qualifications

• Requires thorough understanding of construction management processes and in-depth financial understanding.
• Ability to work independently and have strong personnel management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and lead engineer/project team, and deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints.
• Detail orientated organized, and thorough.
• Proficient in standard software such as MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Construction Management Staff in achieving program/project objectives.
• Create and build meaningful long term relationships with clients.
• Manage profit & loss for the construction management group within your area.
• Support CM staff in the field to ensure best time, cost and quality outcomes.
• Oversee the work of Construction Managers/Resident Engineers/Inspectors and staff.
• Foster collaboration with other Carollo units to assure successful delivery to clients.
