Job summary

ARIZONA WATER COMPANY is seeking a Water Conservation Specialist to develop, implement and manage the Demand Management Program across 22 water systems in Arizona. You will collaborate with senior management, field staff and other departments to reduce water use and improve infrastructure efficiency.

The role requires expertise in water conservation methods, data analysis, and reporting to ACC, ADWR and CAGRD, with strong communication skills for external presentations and internal training.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience necessary.
• Irrigation Auditor Certification and Smartscape Certification are a plus.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage the Demand Management Program for 22 water systems.
• Identify and implement water conservation practices for each system.
• Develop data systems for reporting and compliance with ACC, ADWR, CAGRD.
• Conduct on-site water audits/surveys for high-use customers.
• Prepare reports and content for website, social media and partners.
