Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (e.g., Environmental, Civil, or Chemical) or science-related field strongly preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Alabama is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with and/or administer water compliance programs and permits.
- Provide training and presentations on environmental compliance to staff and customers.
- Interpret regulations and determine compliance status across departments.
- Prepare water permit applications and reports as needed.
- Interface with regulatory agencies and support SPCC, NEPA, and related programs.
