C&H Industrial in Prattville, AL is seeking a Water Blast / Industrial Supervisor to lead industrial cleaning projects and crews on site. You’ll operate hydro blasting and vacuum truck equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

This role is hands-on, not desk-bound, and requires leadership, problem solving, and the ability to work 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial cleaning supervising or related experience preferred.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and industrial machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Cleaning Operations: Oversee and direct industrial cleaning crews while ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Operate Heavy-Duty Equipment: Set up, operate, and maintain hydroblasting systems, vacuum trucks, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
• Safety First: Conduct Job Hazard Awareness assessments and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and site-specific safety standards.
• Manage Projects Like a Pro: Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and materials to keep projects running smoothly.
• Communicate & Lead: Work closely with supervisors, account managers, customers, and crews to ensure successful project completion.
• Lead by Example: Jump in and help with physical labor when needed — because strong leaders work alongside their teams.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning)

• Lead Industrial Cleaning Operations Oversee and direct industrial cleaning crews while ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of industrial cleaning supervising or related experience preferred.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and industrial machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must meet qualifications of an Industrial Cleaning Technician and Operator Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and industrial environments.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 250 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
