C&H Industrial is hiring an Industrial Cleaning Technician to join a hands-on, safety-conscious team in a variable, physically active role. You’ll operate high-pressure and heavy-duty cleaning equipment while supporting plant maintenance and cleaning across industrial facilities.

No prior experience is required, but willingness to learn, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 years or older for insurance requirements.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to pass required medical screening and drug testing.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with industrial cleaning, equipment support, and maintenance tasks.
• Complete a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks in industrial environments.
• Inspect tools and equipment and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures while working in industrial environments.
• Use required PPE and safety equipment.
• Work in demanding conditions, including extreme temperatures and tight spaces.
• Communicate and collaborate with coworkers and management to complete jobs safely.
• Travel to different job sites and industrial facilities as needed.
• Flexible scheduling due to 24/7 operations.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Industrial Cleaning Technician, your responsibilities may include:

• Operate High-Pressure Equipment – Learn and operate hydro blasting equipment, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment.
• Support Plant Maintenance – Assist with industrial cleaning, equipment support, and maintenance tasks that help keep plant operations running safely and efficiently.
• Perform Industrial Cleaning – Complete a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks in industrial environments.
• Inspect & Maintain Equipment – Inspect tools and equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Follow Safety Procedures – Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working in industrial environments.
• Use Proper PPE – Properly use required PPE and safety equipment while performing job duties.
• Work in Challenging Environments – Perform work in demanding conditions, including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated areas.
• Work as a Team – Communicate and collaborate with coworkers and management to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Travel to Job Sites – Travel to different job sites and industrial facilities as needed.
• Flexible Scheduling – We operate 24/7, so flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and overnight opportunities is important.
