$21.00-$23.00/hr + growth opportunities

This isn’t a sit‑behind‑the‑desk management role — we’re looking for leaders who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves and getting involved with the crew.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning):

• Lead Industrial Cleaning Operations – oversee and direct industrial cleaning crews while ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Operate Heavy‑Duty Equipment – set up, operate, and maintain hydroblasting systems, vacuum trucks, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
• Safety First – conduct Job Hazard Awareness assessments and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and site‑specific safety standards.
• Manage Projects Like a Pro – coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and materials to keep projects running smoothly.
• Communicate & Lead – work closely with supervisors, account managers, customers, and crews to ensure successful project completion.
• Lead by Example – jump in and help with physical labor when needed — because strong leaders work alongside their teams.
• Overnight Opportunities Available – operate 24/7, so flexibility for nights, overtime, weekends, and overnight projects is important.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of industrial cleaning or related experience preferred.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and industrial machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
