Responsibilities include:

• Designing potable water, wastewater, stormwater, rainwater harvesting, and other water resource systems.
• Performing engineering analyses, calculations, and detailed drawings.
• Developing reports, plans, permit applications, and regulatory documents.
• Developing construction specifications and contracts.
• Conducting site inspections, sampling, and project management.
• Communicating with clients, managing teams, and ensuring quality control.
• Participating in marketing and business development efforts.
• Following safety standards and participating in pre-task planning.
• Performing site investigations and data collection.
• Managing project phases and coordinating with clients and staff.
• Supervising junior staff and contributing to proposals and reports.
• Attending meetings with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• PA Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Experience:

• Over 5 years in potable water, wastewater, and water resources design and permitting.
• Proficiency in technical writing, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and design software such as SWMM, HEC-HMS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD.
• Experience in field reconnaissance, survey data collection, and construction oversight.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and participate in business development.
