Ardurra seeks a Water/Wastewater Construction Observer to join our team in Cherry Hill, Morganville, Egg Harbor and/or Secaucus NJ. This role provides construction observation for municipal, county, state and federal projects.

The ideal candidate has 5 to 15 years of municipal project experience, a High school diploma, and is pursuing NICET Certifications, with proficiency in Word/Excel and strong writing skills. Comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pursue NICET Certifications.
• ACI-Concrete Field Testing certification desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Act as Resident Project Representative to assist Engineer and liaise with Contractor.
• Attend pre-construction and weekly progress meetings.
• Conduct on-site observations to ensure Work follows Contract Documents.
• Maintain all project records including daily quantities.
• Keep a diary/log of observations and provide daily reports.
• Review payment applications with Contractor and advise on progress payments.
• Prepare final punch list at substantial completion and closeout.
• Support inspectors; work full-time during business hours.
