Job summary

SERVPRO Team Fletcher is seeking a full-time Water and Fire Restoration Technician to support cleanup for damage from fire, water, mold, and other incidents. You’ll help homeowners and businesses recover and return spaces to pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities include prepping areas, coordinating with team members, performing extraction/cleanup, and ensuring a neat, safe job site at day’s end. Requires physical stamina and willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work long shifts beyond 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work after-hours and weekends on a rotational/on-call basis.
• Physical ability to lift 50–100 pounds and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up equipment.
• Coordinate with management and other technicians to maintain workflow.
• Perform production extraction, cleaning, and demolition as directed.
• Conduct end-of-day cleanup and leave the job site orderly.

SERVPRO Team Fletcher is hiring a full-time Water and Fire Restoration Technician!

In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are the Heroes who help home and business owners through the cleanup process for fire, water, mold, and other types of damage. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production extraction, cleaning, and demolition processes as directed.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work long shifts beyond 8 hours per day based on job demands.
• Ability to perform required after-hours and weekend work on a rotational and/or on-call basis.
• Ability to work long hours in excess of 40 hours per week.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to kneel, bend, climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to work in cold or hot environments based on weather conditions.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
