Qualifications

• Two years of experience managing construction projects, grants, or public works.
• Experience writing and editing reports, manuals, specifications, proposals, and agreements.
• College-level coursework in engineering, technical writing, contract law, or environmental studies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize agreements and construction project specifications.
• Prepare contracts and assist in bid processes (RFPs, RFQs) and statements of qualifications.
