Qualifications

• Four-year degree in water related science, environmental studies, education, political science, communications, public relations, or a closely related field.
• Three years of experience, including at least one year at level of Water Agency Program Specialist II, with experience in community relations or public outreach.
• Experience developing digital communications campaigns and working knowledge of web design and social networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications and community engagement projects.
