TYLin is seeking a Lead Consultant in Water Asset Management to drive growth of a new service area. The role focuses on using data and systems to optimize asset performance, manage risks, and shift from reactive to proactive maintenance through change management.

The candidate should bring strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership to advance asset management practices. This position reports to the Advisory Practice Leader.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Ideal candidate has ~15 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Proficiency with asset management tools and technologies (CMMS, GIS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Be a recognized leader within the water industry and build client relationships.
• Develop the Asset Management service area for growth in Water Sector (California and Southwest).
• Identify opportunities, develop marketing/business plans, and diversify client portfolio.
• Lead client listening to refine objectives and serve as Project Principal or Project Manager on major pursuits.
• Oversee quality assurance and coordinate with operations, maintenance, and finance teams.
