Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a WFJ Specialist to deliver exceptional client experiences in our luxury watches and fine jewelry category. You will partner with Fashion Advisors to educate and develop clients, recruit and grow your own client base, and contribute to the WFJ business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to elevate the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed expectations.
• Take in repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding aftersales.
• Maintain visual standards with category managers and regional teams.
• Participate in cycle counts to maintain WFJ inventory accuracy.
