Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Ontario Mills location. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and staff training to ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail management in luxury or specialty retail, strong interpersonal skills, and is organized with attention to detail. Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and at least 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty and/or luxury retail strongly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, driving sales and customer service.
• Coach and train store personnel to help achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff to ensure peak performance and store objectives.
