The position requires 5+ years of retail experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ retail experience.
• Previous experience managing others within a customer service environment required.
• Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze retail KPI’s and on-floor behaviors.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the selling floor and support the sales process.
• Assist in customer issue resolution and service standards.
• Model customer service standards and uphold store policies.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink controls.
