Responsibilities

• Assist senior watchmakers with the repair, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical and quartz timepieces
• Perform basic watch repairs including battery replacements, band adjustments, and crystal replacements
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble watch movements under supervision
• Inspect watches for damage and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked repair workbench
• Communicate repair status and timelines with customers and sales staff
• Handle and document customer timepieces with care and accuracy

Requirements

• Strong interest in horology, watchmaking, or fine timepiece repair
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small, delicate components and precision tools
• Basic mechanical aptitude or prior experience in a related trade is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple repair orders
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
