Fossil Partners in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Product Coordinator to support the Essential Retail team. You will manage the product sample lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and ensure data integrity across SAP and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with international partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Proven data entry accuracy, reporting, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated operational support for Fossil Watches within the Essential Retail team.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of product samples, ensuring organization and deadlines.
• Coordinate daily email communication with Fossil East (Hong Kong) and vendors for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal photo studio to submit samples and manage PDP jobs.
• Execute style creation and data maintenance in SAP and Google Workspace.
• Develop and maintain line sheets and product sheets for market prep.
• Perform sales analytics tasks, data tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor e-commerce product pages and resolve discrepancies with teams.
• Maintain a proactive, multi-stream workflow in a structured environment.
